Shannon Dardar serves as the FBO Manager at St. Tammany Regional Airport (L31), where she brings a dynamic blend of leadership, service, and passion to the aviation community. With over 15 years of management experience and more than 20 years in customer service, Shannon is known for creating welcoming, efficient, and people-centered environments that leave a lasting impression.
A former police officer and U.S. Army Military Police professional, Shannon’s background is rooted in discipline, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility. These experiences shaped her leadership style—grounded, decisive, and deeply committed to both safety and service.
Beyond her professional background, Shannon is also an entrepreneur and business owner, continuously driven by growth, innovation, and the desire to build something meaningful. Her love for aviation is matched only by her love for people—she thrives on creating connections, building community, and turning everyday moments into memorable experiences.
In addition to her work in aviation, Shannon is a creative at heart. She has a passion for photography, an appreciation for the water as an avid sailor, and a deep love for family. As a proud mother and grandmother, she values relationships, laughter, and making others feel seen, appreciated, and genuinely cared for.
